The reputable Local Business Awards held their annual ceremonial evening this week in the Northern Beaches of Sydney, where the best organisations across all industries are recognised for their positive contribution to the local region.
There is always tough competition from many phenomenal businesses, but we are proud to announce today that Upstate was awarded 2019’s Most Outstanding Real Estate Agency for the Northern Beaches of NSW.
This year’s award marks our first win as our new brand, Upstate, however we have also won this award previously in 2018, 2016 and 2013, and were finalists in 2017 and 2015 – all under our previous brand.
These aspirational Local Business Awards acknowledge those who go above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service, and we are proud to stand shoulder to shoulder with our fellow local category winners on the night, such as With Love From Manly, Vine Apparel, Toro Nero pizza cafe Co, Combined Management Consultants and many more.
Considerable branding, planning and strategy have all gone into creating the Upstate brand, and given the Local Business Awards are chosen by our local community, it’s an honour that our hard work has not gone unnoticed – of which we are truly grateful for.
The “why” behind our win
While we are super excited for this win, this is also an important opportunity to bring to light the real significance behind this award and what goes into achieving it.
This category doesn’t take into consideration how much a business earns. It’s about how they have helped make a positive difference for everyone involved, from clients, to our staff members, the local communities and entire professional industries.
It’s people who are at the heart of local business, and this award is about recognising how organisations are providing outstanding leadership and guidance toward improving their experience.
This aligns closely with the ethos of our Agency, and we are passionate about continuing to strive to use digital technology, experience and expertise to offer the best real estate service to everyone.
