Quarter One Leasing Wrap-Up: Setting the Pace for 2025
Quarter one delivered big. We hosted 425 open homes, welcomed over 2,000 tenants, and leased 149 properties. Of those, 60% were leased at the very first open – proof of a well-prepared approach and a fast-moving market.
Our vacancy rate remains impressively low at 0.7%, and we’ve seen a 5.9% average rent increase across our managed properties.
Behind these numbers is a property management team that’s tuned in, highly organised, and fully committed to helping landlords and tenants alike succeed.
