Tristan Van Den Heever

Meet Tristan, our hardworking and highly organised Leasing Consultant who makes the rental process seamless and stress-free for all of our clients here at Upstate.

Determined and adaptable, Tristan aims to establish his name in the real estate industry whilst fully supporting his team on his way up. He uses his strong drive and dedication to ongoing growth to constantly meet (and exceed) the expectations of our tenants as they look for the finest quality properties on the Northern Beaches.

Tristan is a real goal-getter who has several qualifications, including a Certificate of Registration (NSW), a SafeWork NSW White Card and an RSA Competency Card. He is also First Aid & CPR Certified. He previously worked as a Sales & Marketing Assistant for a property company and has extensive experience across trades, hospitality and customer service.

Guided by a core belief that challenges are just opportunities in disguise, Tristan is inspired by the sacrifices made by the people in his life and aspires to be an inspiration to those around him as well. In fact, he completed his first full marathon and beat his personal goal last year despite major setbacks. He is agile and tenacious – the perfect combination you want for a Leasing Consultant who will help you find yourself in a better place.
