Our Property Management team is made up of over 20 highly skilled professionals who are much more than administrators, they are trusted advisors, calm voices in urgent moments, and champions for both tenants and landlords. They work with empathy, efficiency, and insight to protect investments and ensure every client finds themselves in a better place.
This commitment starts from the top, with our Head of Property Management, Joshua. With decades of experience leading top-performing teams across Australia, Josh brings not only deep industry knowledge but also a leadership style built on integrity and empowerment. He’s been recognised nationally, winning the REINSW Property Manager of the Year and REB Property Management team of the Year, among others. But what matters most is how he shows up each day, supportive, strategic, and passionate about growing people. Josh’s leadership inspires our team to lead with care, think ahead, and never settle for “just okay.” He’s a proud dad, a volunteer ski guide for the disabled, and a believer in always striving for better, which mirrors our entire team’s approach to property management.

Since stepping into her role in Property Management, she’s completed tailored training to sharpen her skills and is now thriving. In July, we hosted our annual Upstate of Mind conference, a full-day event created specifically for our team to pause, learn and celebrate. It was more than a day of workshops and speakers, it was a clear statement of how much we value our people.One of our core values is “We embody WELLBEING”. This day is designed specifically for our Property Management team to focus on their wellbeing and growth as people.
Sessions ranged from leadership development and mental wellness, to personal branding and communication, all tailored to the unique challenges and aspirations of our team.
