Meet Michael, our Commercial Property Officer at Upstate, who is dedicated to making commercial property management seamless, efficient and stress-free. With a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset, he makes sure that properties are maintained to the highest standards while delivering bespoke solutions for tenants, contractors and stakeholders.

Adaptable, resourceful and always up for a challenge, Michael thrives in fast-paced environments where quick thinking and collaboration lead to great results. His colleagues know him as someone who takes initiative, stays cool under pressure and finds smart solutions – no matter how complex the situation.

Armed with a Bachelors in Property Economics (2025) and a Certificate of Registration (with a Certificate of Agency underway), Michael has built a strong foundation in property valuation, market analysis and urban planning. He’s also a high-achieving distinction student and UTS research project team leader, proving his ability to manage challenges confidently.
