Isabella first joined the Upstate team as our friendly and vibrant Receptionist, where she quickly became a familiar face to clients and team members alike. Her warm energy, professional approach, and natural ability to connect with people made her a standout from day one. During her time at the front desk, Isabella developed a deep understanding of the Upstate brand, built strong internal relationships, and discovered a passion for the world of real estate marketing.

Before Upstate, Isabella honed her skills in the luxury retail sector, working as an Assistant Sales Manager at David Jones and a Counter Manager at Dior. These roles equipped her with extensive experience in sales, client service, and team coordination—skills she now brings into the dynamic space of project marketing.

In her current role, Isabella supports the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns for property developments, working closely with the Projects team to ensure every detail is executed with care and precision. Her keen eye for presentation, strong organisational skills, and people-first mindset help her drive results and build strong client relationships.
