Local brother duo, Blake and Sean Trothy, share a love for their local community, amazing beaches and good food – and recently decided to turn these three passions into a catering business, serving up zesty creations that are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the taste buds.
With an unmistakable tagline, Bringing good food for the soul back to Sydney, and an Instagram bursting with mouth-watering dishes, these guys are not messing around!
Like most start-up businesses, it all began as a dream at home in the family kitchen.
However, recent appearances at local markets, pop-up events and festivals saw a spike in orders and bookings – and the brothers quickly realised that it was time for more space to spread out and grow their eatery empire.
But where to go?
As Sydney-siders started to experience their yummy spin on modern Aussie cuisine, naturally, popularity grew.
They came to Upstate looking for the ideal space, and we found them a commercial warehouse in Mona Vale. The minute they saw it, they knew it was perfect and shortly after, they were all moved in, cooking up a storm.
Today, Trothy Brothers Deli is doing extremely well in their new space, and their food (like their business) is continuing to grow from strength to strength.
