As we bid goodbye to 2020, we say a big hello to the promise of new beginnings that 2021 has to offer.

As you all know, the Upstate team are not ones to sit on our hands and wait. We’re always exploring possibilities to change the face of real estate for Australians.

Yep, sure – last year was tough. But we all weathered the storm together and now we’re all getting to a better place. So, what’s next?

Let’s give you a sneak peek into everything that Upstate is cooking up.

The world is changing fast – and we’ve embraced this, now more than ever.

In helping you to find yourself in a better place, Upstate has evolved into much more than just a real estate company.

Of course, we’re still the trusted property agency you all know well. We will always offer a bespoke service that helps clients buy, sell, rent or lease property across Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

However, since our rebrand two years ago, our passion for innovation has driven us to push the boundaries even further than this. In our effort to provide next-level support to our clients, we have expanded our service offering to include:

  • Upstate Concierge: Our property concierge team are here to assist with everything from how best to spruce-up a facade, to styling the interior presentation of your property, finding packing and removal services, organising utility connections and much more.
  • Upstate Finance: We partner with a team of financial specialists from Loan Market, who can help search a wide range of Australian banks and specialist lenders to secure the finance you need.
  • Upstate Marketing: When selling or leasing your residential or commercial property, we want it to be seen by the right people. With our in-house team of digital marketing experts, we have all bases covered.
  • Upstate Developments: Our team works together with property developers on local projects which encompass design, renovations, marketing and construction.

And we haven’t stopped there

As a forward-thinking company, we have also widely expanded our own horizons with the extensive real estate training sessions and public events we organise.

And as if that weren’t enough already, we have branded Upstate apparel and also do Yoga sessions on Friday mornings as part of our fitness programme to ensure we are always in good shape, look the part and forever focused on supporting you.

We’re turning 2, with 98 years of experience

Yep, you read that right.

Upstate is turning 2 in January and we couldn’t be prouder of what we have become today. But while the Upstate brand is still young, our team has a very long 98-year history. You’d think, approaching a century, that we’d be exhausted or showing our age. But no way!

With our unwavering passion for property – not to mention the people, culture and the places that make up the Northern beaches – we will continue for hundreds more.

One thing’s for sure is that we’ve always had a reputation for excellent service. Our very own Tulo Sila reminds us of how much this makes an impact.

“A wise mentor once told me to always shine my shoes and to keep a small notepad in my pocket. It’s good advice, but I think the point was more metaphorical. That saying taught me that the extra mile is always worth travelling, and personal details and touches are important.”

Looking back from where Upstate is today, we have never been prouder of what we have become and the people who have grown alongside us.
