We appointed Lachlan Yeates of Upstate to market and pre-sell our first project at North Narrabeen. The results speak for themselves, with all villas sold prior to building commencement, at a price above our valuations. Moving on we keep up the relationship with Lachlan, with his team selling all 9 off-the-plan townhouses in our Cromer project in under a month.
