Introducing Samantha, our enthusiastic and driven Property Manager who is always up for a challenge (or opportunity, as she frames it!).              

As a dependable expert and collaborative team player, Samantha always goes the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service to our cherished tenants and property owners here at Upstate. Her approachable nature and strong attention to detail allow her to positively contribute to our clients’ lives, and the community as a whole.

With a diverse customer service-based background, Samantha has hands-on experience in the automotive industry, residential sales and property leasing. She now holds a Certificate of Registration as an Assistant Agent and is completing her Class 2 Real Estate Licence.

Samantha is a goal-getter motivated by continuous growth and stops at nothing to accomplish her targets. In fact, she has successfully achieved all the professional and personal goals she has set last year. So, you can expect her to have the same vigour in managing all your rental property needs and helping you find yourself in a better place.
