This is Lara, our hardworking and caring Property Manager. With her excellent attention to detail, intuitive nature and impeccable communication skills, she always exceeds expectations in assisting her loyal community of landlords and tenants.

Lara has a Certificate of Registration along with a Diploma of Beauty Therapy – but she doesn’t stop there. Always hungry to learn and proud to be amongst the experts at Upstate, she values the opportunity to continuously develop her skills in property management so she can serve her clients in the best way possible.

She is passionate about real estate and has her finger on the local pulse, having moved to the Northern Beaches from rural Victoria herself when she was just 18 to build a life of her own and pursue her dream career. Outside of work, she spends as much time as possible exploring the beaches and catching up with her family and friends. No one understands the value of finding a better place more than Lara, so you can depend on her to make your property journey worthwhile.
