Timeline: There are no changes to the current programme at this stage. Contract Practical Completion remains 23 June 2026, with approved EOTs of 54 days bringing the revised Practical Completion date to 7 September 2026.
Key updates: Recent works completed include ramp entry, ground floor formwork, reinforced steel, electrical conduits, plumbing penetrations, and the ground floor concrete pour (all 100% complete). No design issues or critical issues have been reported, and there have been no accidents or incidents on site.

Due for completion 2027

Current status: Construction is progressing as scheduled, with façade external finishes now completed and works transitioning to scaffold dismantling.
Timeline: There are no changes to the anticipated completion date at this stage, and we remain on track for end March
Key updates: Recent works include internal fit off works now underway including kitchen and joinery installation, with no major issues encountered.
Next steps: The next phase will focus on continuing internal finishes, and we will continue to provide updates as key milestones are reached.

Current status: Construction at Casa Delmar (Dee Why) is progressing steadily and continues at pace, with the apartment buildings now rising quickly above ground. Roof slabs are complete on Buildings C, D, E and F, with Buildings A and B close behind and roof slabs scheduled shortly.
Timeline: Practical Completion remains anticipated for Q3 2026 at this stage.
Key updates: Internal works are well underway, with windows installed and internal fit-out progressing, including bathrooms and internal walls across multiple buildings. Key infrastructure works along Delmar Parade — including sewer, stormwater and mains water — are also complete, supporting the next stages of construction.
Next steps: The next phase will focus on continuing internal fit-out works and progressing remaining roof slab works for Buildings A and B, as construction moves into the next stages.
