We had a great experience dealing with Lachlan throughout the purchase of our new home. He kept us well informed at every stage, was responsive and easy to communicate with, and helped keep everything moving quickly. We really appreciated the clear communication and quick turnaround, which made the whole purchasing process as smooth as possible.

Lachlan and the whole team helped to keep our selling journey smooth and stress free . Given the current market we were pleased to sell in just 10 days with a great result! His expertise of the local area is second to none and I can’t speak more highly of the professionalism and care taken throughout the whole process. Thanks again Lach!

This guy is amazing. Total package. Kept us up to date with a softening market and really gave us thorough insight naught to what we should consider at our time of need. He was always contactable and always found time to answer any questions or queries we had. Total professional at the open homes and has a great friendly smile and attitude towards his job. Would recommend to anyone and have recommended him to friends and family since.

Pete is the person you want selling your property. His energy and professionalism is conveyed to the potential buyers. It is a difficult time to sell but Pete weaved a path through all of the mayhem to get us a wonderful result. Thanks Pete.

Alle and David are excellent agents and provided a really thoughtful purchasing experience. They were very professional, considerate and created a personalised experience for us buying our first family home in the area. They’re truly emblematic of the lovely culture of the area they service and have continued to go above and beyond to help my husband and me after the sale was completed.

Alle Grace made sure we understood our options every step of the way. She was really helpful and responsive throughout, always available to answer questions and talk through decisions, which made the whole process feel seamless. We felt well looked after from start to finish and couldn’t be happier with the result.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience selling our property with David Bain. From the very first conversation through to settlement, the process was smooth and genuine.

Communication was excellent throughout – we were always kept in the loop and never left wondering what was happening next. David’s advice was thoughtful and well-timed at every stage.

Alle’s professional and caring approach recently helped us when deciding to sell our long held rental property.. Her marketing advice, understanding and communication skills are an asset to her and she helped us from start to finish, achieve a great result..

Having had David help us with buying and selling properties for over 15yrs, it was an easy choice to have him help sell our latest property.. His professional, calm approach and knowledge of local markets is excellent, and he listened, offered advice, and got us the best price, within the first 3 weeks of listing.. Thanks so much.. !

David was very knowledgeable about the market and when interest rates went up and the war started and buyers were spooked and stopped looking, David didn’t give up. He worked hard to get us a good price and he regularly communicated with us about the progress. Because we no longer live in the area the communication was of utmost importance. David understood that. I’d recommend him to anyone in the Northern Beaches, he worked so hard for us.
