He was always contactable and always found time to answer any questions or queries we had. Total professional at the open homes and has a great friendly smile and attitude towards his job. David was very knowledgeable about the market and when interest rates went up and the war started and buyers were spooked and stopped looking, David didn’t give up. He worked hard to get us a good price and he regularly communicated with us about the progress. Because we no longer live in the area the communication was of utmost importance.
