Lachlan knows what he’s doing and his reputation and track record accurately reflect his work. Our negotiation was difficult as were the vendors, and while we would’ve liked more proactive transparency, at the end of the day the deal was done and the result was positive.

Peter is an optimistic, realistic agent. His knowledge of all things real estate was amazing- that included knowledge and trends of the market. He estimated to the dollar the price which we got at auction, which was far in excess of what we origionally expected. He is a very like able and honest man and it was a pleasure to do business with him. I liked his very positive approach well grounded however in reality. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who needed someone in his field.

Peter Mosedale is the epitome of the ideal real estate agent. His positivity and enthusiasm puts you at ease right from the start of the sales process, and he is always communicating with you.
However, I think the best compliment I’ve heard about Peter came from my cynical solicitor who said (quote) “that real estate agent of yours certainly earns his money”. He certainly does, and he deserves it because you know he’s got the best possible result for you.
