What a superstar! Alle was absolutely phenomenal throughout the process of the sale of our Collaroy apartment. The Upstate team and Alle went over and above at every point of the process. With a number of very particular prospective buyers Alle made herself available at short notice and after hours to ensure we got as much interest as possible in the property. Lachlan then worked the phone and registered another party split between Tasmania and Italy. 5 solid hours later the same night he closed a deal at the pre-auction interest level. Results like that only come via a reputation and trust level with both buyers and sellers built up over 25 years.
