We had the pleasure of working with Alle from Upstate Real Estate for the sale of our property, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Alle was professional, approachable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to achieving the best outcome gave us confidence every step of the way. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, the sale went smoothly. We highly recommend Alle.

Alle Grace sold our home off-market in record time-under 3 weeks- just before we went overseas. She handled everything with professionalism and helped us achieve the price we hoped for. Highly recommend!

Peter’s knowledge of the market was accurate and insightful. He prepared us well with background information and supported us on what to expect throughout the sale process. Peter and his team led the way and organised tradespeople to improve the condition of the apartment and styled if perfectly for sale. We had a lot of interest from the market and reached a timely sale that far exceeded our target price. Very happy.

Alle had an excellent knowledge of the local market and gave sound advice on the best way to approach the sale. She listened to our wishes while at the same time suggested ways to best present the property for sale. Alle always presented as respectful, reliable and personable. I would highly recommend her.

We can’t recommend Alle and David highly enough! There’s nobody else we’d sell with. They were honest in their feedback on work required to maximise our return (which paid off!), their attention to detail on styling was next level and communication perfect. The whole marketing campaign was thoughtfully planned and executed. The result – a sale price we didn’t think was possible in this market. Thanks again Alle and David!

Alle was fantastic to have on our sale team – she knew the area really well, she was easy to talk to and most importantly listened to us and guided us through the process. Thanks Alle.

Alle & David had an excellent understanding of the market. They were able to provide us strong guidance & set our expectations appropriately. The Upstate team added significant value to us through their concierge service headed up by Angie & were able to complete within budget & timelines. The in-house Upstate Auction team were extremely effective & maximised my return & my personal experience during the process was very positive. I would highly recommend this Dream Team!
