Alle was an incredible support during the sales campaign for our property. Her knowledge of marketing, social media and presentation gave us tangible results in potential buyers visiting the property. Her communication was always prompt, professional, calm and encouraging allowing us to maintain our energy for the campaign. Alle has an eye for presentation and her communication to potential buyers is the highest level of professionality. We really appreciated the effort she put into every open.

Alle was very enthusiastic and genuine in her approach to showcasing the property I purchased. She was cheerful and interested in my questions and made the inspection experience very enjoyable overall. I found her manner really pleasant and appreciated her open and honest discussions. She offered a lot of local knowledge which was also really important given I am new to the area.

Alle and David were phenomenal to deal with! Always quick to respond to any questions I had, and were incredibly courteous, assisting my client and I with the acquisition of her new home.

Despite providing a great experience for my client and I, it was also clear throughout the process, that Alle and David were working with their vendors best interests at heart. All round great experience and outcome for all. If you’re looking to sell in Collaroy, you can’t go past David Bain and Alle Grace!!

Terrific experience. Alle grew up locally and knows the area well. I found her very easy to work with. No pressure, but lots of focus, attention to detail and determination. She was direct with her advice, and had the figures to back it up. Her staff organised and coordinated trades so I could keep working. The marketing was excellent, which led to an offer I was happy to accept prior to auction. A great result all round.

Alle was very helpful with styling & photos. Very attentive at the Auction. Mostly dealt with David, but as he Alle & Tristan work as a team I was satisfied with all.

Had a great experience buying an off market property from Alle, we were able to transact quickly on our first home and were supported through the process

LACHLAN and his team were great to work with! Super friendly, always quick to answer my questions, and made everything so easy. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Lachlan Yeates (and his incredible EA Lamaii Black, along with the rest of their team) were incredible to deal with from start to finish.
His strategy was absolutely spot-on and communication throughout the entire campaign was second to none.
The whole team made what was a really stressful experience feel really comfortable.
But most importantly he’s a genuine person with great integrity who clearly wants the best outcome for his clients and goes above and beyond in all areas.

We had the pleasure of working with Alle from Upstate Real Estate for the sale of our property, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Alle was professional, approachable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to achieving the best outcome gave us confidence every step of the way. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, the sale went smoothly. We highly recommend Alle.

Alle Grace sold our home off-market in record time-under 3 weeks- just before we went overseas. She handled everything with professionalism and helped us achieve the price we hoped for. Highly recommend!
