Before the start of our selling campaign, Alle had been extremely communitive with us, from advising on how to market, when to market and what the price guide would honestly be, and she was right on all fronts. From being punctual with her response and getting in touch with potential buyers to get the best outcome. We could not have asked for a better result in the sale of our property and would highly recommend Alle for anyone else’s selling or buying help.

We had such a great experience buying from David & Alle! From the very beginning, they made the whole process feel so easy and stress-free. They were always friendly, quick to respond, and happy to answer any questions we had.

We really appreciated how genuine and easy they were to deal with, and it honestly made such a difference throughout the purchase. Thanks for helping everything run so smoothly, we couldn’t be happier!

I am super impressed, communication was clear concise and honest. I always felt like I knew the next step and that things where not getting missed. Supported by a great team the process was clear and most importantly enjoyable.

Alle and Dave were knowledgable, efficient and empathetic with the sale of our property, which held a lot of sentimental value, during a difficult time in the housing market.

We are happy with the outcome.

Chase was terrific. Not pushy in any way. Calmly explained the sales journey ahead. And kept it on track. A genuine person who did everything he promised. I couldn’t ask for better than that.

Peter is a great negotiator who can close a deal in such a difficult market. His art of negotiation is second to none. He is open-minded to different opinions from his clients & always consulted us before he acted.

David is perhaps one of the most honest real estate agents I have dealt with. We purchased through him, and did not hesitate to sell through him. His price guides are accurate, and he’s professional, responsive, and easy to deal with. I’d happily work with him again and would recommend him to others.

I chose Upstate as I was impressed with both Peter & Rowan’s marketing skills & team management strategies. Throughout the whole process communication was both transparent and open and all updates relayed clearly to us. Even after the sale we felt supported by Peter, Rowan and all the team from Upstate. I can’t thank them enough for making the sale process smooth sailing and would definitely recommend the great teamwork of Upstate.

Both Peter and Rowan Dent were extremely professional and knowledgeable with the selling of the property.
Their whole team was very professional in answering any queries and requests to arrange gardeners, cleaners etc.
We highly recommend the team if you are planning to sell your property.

Working with Alle and David was an absolute pleasure! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make the selling process seamless and stress-free. Their deep understanding of the market, combined with their proactive communication, integrity, and care for their community ensured we felt confident throughout the selling process. Alle and Dave are both super personable, true masters of their profession, and are genuinely dedicated to achieving the best outcome. We couldn’t be happier!
