Meet Joshua, the Head of our Property Management Department at Upstate. With decades of experience working for Australia’s leading real estate agencies, Joshua is an award-winning Property Manager recognised for his expertise and leadership.

Joshua’s impressive list of awards includes the REINSW Property Manager of the Year Award in 2010 and the REB Property Manager of the Year Award in 2014. He was also recognised as an award-winning trainer and consultant alongside his team – a testament to his sheer dedication to elevating real estate industry standards. As a thoughtful and strategic leader, Joshua empowers our team to deliver exceptional service as we help clients achieve their rental property goals.

Outside of work, Joshua is a proud husband and father of two who believes in the power of constant improvement. He also volunteers as a skiing guide with the Disabled Wintersport Australia where he helps amazing individuals experience the joy of the alpine environment.
