Even after three decades in the industry, she’s still driven by learning new and better ways to get the job done.

Outside of work, Kathryn’s proudest achievement is being a mum of two and more recently, tackling the Great Wall of China with her family, an adventure that says a lot about her determination and love of a good challenge.
